Notice of Termination of Lease

Landlords can terminate a lease when their tenant is not paying rents, has damaged the property by intention, or has committed some other breach of the lease. It is the best practice to serve a termination of lease when landlords want to evict the tenant because of the above reasons. Otherwise, the tenant has a better chance to win a case in court.

Landlords are supposed to serve their tenant with a Termination of Lease even when there has been no lease between the two parties. The Termination of Lease form is a legal notice to the tenant of your property.
